The Haygain HG 2002 Hay Steamer

The Haygain HG 2002 is a high-capacity hay steamer designed for steaming compressed hay bales, hay and haylage. Its patented spike manifold system distributes high-temperature steam from the inside out, reaching temperatures above 100°C / 212°F to help eliminate respirable dust, mould, fungi, spores and bacteria. The insulated, wheeled hay chest provides efficient and convenient steaming for multiple horses.

• The HG 2002 is essentially the higher-powered version of the HG 2000, using two steam generators instead of one. This provides greater steam output and is particularly useful where more intensive or frequent steaming is required.
