KRAFFT LOW STARCH pellets

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A fibre-rich feed with extra-low sugar (6%) and starch (4%) contents. The energy is provided primarily by a high proportion of fibre and fat. Medium protein level. Low Starch Pellets contain live yeast (Levucell®) to maintain good stomach health.

Always give your horse access to forage before feeding it concentrate feed and try to spread its concentrate feeds evenly throughout the day.

FEEDING GUIDE

A target value for an adult horse is around 0.2–0.3 kg of concentrates per 100 kg of horse, and at least 1.5 kg of dry matter forage per 100 kg of horse. Low concentrate feed may need an extra mineral feed supplement. Before feeding, Low Starch Pellets benefit from soaking in 70°C water; allow to cool before feeding.
